A client had initiated the transfer, but its still showing pending on my transaction history?

Please follow the steps Petra shared in her post, select the question mark icon next to the payment you're referring to on the Overview report page, review the payment processing pop-up guide when navigating to the Overview and let us know if you have any questions.
