Payment Name Mismtach, However the names are the same?

I am trying to withdraw my acoount balance into my PayPal account however upwork keeps saying that the names are a mismatch even though they are the exact same? This is very frustrating can someone give me a workaround

Its been nearly 5 days and theres still no change in the status, still shows verification in progress. Any help will be appreciated.
