Payment Withdrawl via Direct to Bank, not received after processing

Hi. Can anyone from upwork contact me? I requested a withdrawl(68 dollars) last Monday via Direct to bank method, it got processed the same day but the money did not get to my bank account. I have waited the eight days according to upwork rules and now I would like team upwork to trace the transaction or refund it to my upwork balance. I will provide the required details. According to the bank they didn't get a request to release any funds. I usually get my money in a few hours but not this time.
