Payment account affiliation.

I have added my Pay pal account but it is still inactive. I have checked the name and email details and they are the same. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hi Marlene,

 

I have checked your account and I can confirm that the Paypal account you entered last 10- November is currently active and ready for use. Can you please share with us a screenshot of the error you're receiving about your payment method? We'll be more than willing to take a closer look and assist you accordingly.

Thanks,  I followed the instructions given in the help portal and identified that I was missing a step to associate the account. It is now solved. Thanks, Arjay.
