Payment declined

I would like to upgrade the membership but payment declined. I even checked with my bank but all in vain. Please do the needful.

Hi Temur,

 

I understand you've already contacted your bank, however, I checked and it looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined by the bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank and ask for more information about the specific charge decline.
