Payment isn't received in Local bank (Direct Bank )

I have question regarding my payment issue I have requested for payment withdrawal request on Jul 10, 2020, However, yet I don't receive any payment in my bank account, I already checked community question related to payment withdrawal and timing process, well its been 4 working days, Please any senior guide me I'm new on work.

Hi Muhammad,

Please keep in mind that It can take between 2 to 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your bank account. I would also like to clarify that weekends are not counted as business days.
If you have not received the funds after 8 business days let us know, and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction. Thank you!
