What do I have to do if I haven't receive the funds to my local bank account?

Hi Calvin,

 

I checked the transaction and can confirm that it was successful from our end. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions are processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further. In your case, that should be on the 25th of May. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. In the meantime, please read up on this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timings and Fees.

Hi,

Can you tell me which bank the funds are coming from? My local bank is
asking for those details. And can you email me the account number where it
was sent to? Thank you

Hi Calvin,

 

I'm afraid I can't share the requested information with you. Please allow more time for the withdrawal to reflect on your account as in general, direct to local bank payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank and you withdrew them a couple of hours ago. After 8 business days, our team can issue a trace in case it doesn't arrive by then.
