Why does my balance says 0 while my recent contract says that the milestone has been paid a week ago? Where did the payment go if not into my balance? Did I miss to enter some information? thanks

Hi Jennie, 

If you check your Overview page (Reports > Overview), you will see that you have earnings which are still under the Pending tab. This means that it is under the 5-day security period. When the security period is up, the earnings will be processed, and will be available to be withdrawn at any time convenient for you.
