Payment method

Hi
I am new to Upwork and, I am facing an issue with the payment method.
When I made the Upwork account, I have added my friend's bank account in the payment method. Now I have deleted it and trying to add my bank account details. But I am unable to. Every time I try, the system shows that "Unfortunately, we are unable to process your transaction. We need to verify your identity information. Please check your e-mail for the detailed next steps."
But I have not received any e-mail yet.
Moreover, I am also supposed to verify my account. Which I am unable to because the page shows the name of my friend instead of mine.

Thanks for your quick response.

Moreover, just for the update, I have made a payoneer account too.
But still the system is not showing it in payment method section.
