My payment was not processed when buying connects, what should I do?

Hi Alexandra,
I checked and it looks like the charges were declined by your bank. You may need to check this with your bank to clarify why the transaction was declined.
In the meantime, you may add a new billing method, such as another credit card, or debit card to purchase connects.
