Payment not received.

I've been working hourly with a client for about a month. My UpWork reports say that I should be owed around $300. I don't see this in my "Available Balance" when I go to "Get Paid" and it's not in my bank account. It's been more than the "2 to 5 days for processing". A little confused about where the money is.
