Payment not yet reflecting in my Local bank

Hi, I received an email last Oct 8, 2019, saying the payment was already initiated/processed. It's now 7 business days later, today, Oct 16, 2019. I haven't got any clues if this is still normal. It's my first time here doubting if I should continue getting clients because there are no updates if the payment failed or what.

Hi James,

 

Your withdrawal was successful. It can take between 2 to 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your bank account. If you have not received the funds after 8 business days (today is your 6th business day) let us know, and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction. Thank you!
