Payment on fixed price contract

Hi Team,

I am new to this platform. So, please pardon my ignorance. I have successfully completed my first assigment worth $150 (Assignment name: English Voucher Code Site's Shops Descriptions). Client has approved all the milestones. However, my earnings are still showing as '0'. Is it because of the five-day security period? Please advise. Also, do you have a video on how to initiate payments after they show up on one's profile?

Hi Chandana,

When a client approves a milestone payment, there is a five-day security period until the time payment is going to become available. You can check this by logging in to your Upwork account and going to the Overview option under Reports tab, and looking under the Pending tab. Let us know if you have more questions.
