Hi,
I completed a milestone and submitted my work for payment. The client approved it and ended the contract and I see in my messages that the payment is in escarow. But I don't see it anywhere in my Overview or "get paid" that the payment is in escarow or pending. Where did that money go?

Was the milestone funded? If so, did you click on the "Submit Work" button?
If the client approved the milestone, the amount should be appearing as "Pending."

Hi Joelle,
When a client releases a milestone payment, it goes through a 5-day security period, and will show under the Pending tab of your Overview page (Reports > Overview). That means they are currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details.
