Payment via bank card

Hello! Maybe I dod not understand correctly and I could not remember where I have read about it. But how long it will take for a payment to go from Upwork to my bank card? I have withdraw the money on Friday and I do not know how long should I wait until I have to raise a ticket if my money will not arrive to me.  Thank you for your help!
