If it was a fixed-rate job then it should have been set up as a formal contract through Upwork with a milestone and the agreed amount paid into escrow, and all you need do, if you have delivered the work is to request payment as Corinne suggested.
Once this is done you can track the payment if you go to "Reports" at the top of your page. The client has fourteen days in which to review your work and to approve payment. If the client does nothing then you will be paid automatically.
