I have an USD account in my local bank. I live in Canada. How to transfer the money so it doesn't get converted to CAD ? I loe a lot of money if it gets converted.

You can withdraw via Wire transfer into a US Dollar account, but that costs $ 30, so it is only worth it for large sums (Over 700 at a time)
