Hi

I don't have a bank account, so I made an appointment with my local bank office to create my account but that will take 5 days to get. I'm going to get paid 2-3 days later. Will the money come to my Upwork account? Or do I have to add a bank account in order for the money to be on my Upwork account?

Your funds will be available in your Upwork account, which you can then transfer to your local bank account once you have added and activated it to your Upwork account. Please check this help article to learn more about how you get paid.
