Good day Everyone!  I have hired an individual to complete some work, and unfortunately they have failed to meet my expectations.

Do they still get paid for the job? Or is a refund offered?

I`m sorry to hear this, in general when a freelancer has finished the project they should be paid for their work, in line we the terms agreed at the onset of the contract.Unfortunately I don`t know the details of the contract to advice you for the best option, but you can also negotiate with your freelancer to pay a partial amount for the work delivered to you.

Please do communicate with your freelancer and try to resolve the issue directly. If you can't, please select one of the available options in order to resolve the problem
