We are a company in Singapore looking to work with freelancers on Upwork. However there are no email address for us to contact Upwork on general enquiries... Please advise how payments to your freelancers are made. As our company payment process includes only cheque payments as well as bank transfers. What are the mode of payments accepted, please advise.

On Upwork, clients pay freelancers only through Upwork. Clients never pay freelancers directly.

The ways that you may pay for a freelancer's services are known as "billing methods."

There are 3 options:

- credit card

- PayPal

- ACH (direct transfer from a U.S. banka account)

Note that not all of these methods are available to all clients.
