Hello I have a query regarding payment system for  buying connections . I'm planning to have a payoneer card soon but I don't have one yet and paypal is not allowed in my country ,but I have relatives who lives at abroad. Can I use my closed ones card to buy connection in order to apply for jobs in upwork .
