Hey, I withdrew my funds to a Ukrainian PayPal account and didn’t receive the funds. PayPal said that Ukrainian accounts cannot receive payments. I would need Upwork to request the funds back and send them to a different PayPal account that accepts payments

I contacted PayPal, and that’s what they told me that you need to do cancel
the withdrawal. Please contact them and about this issue, so they would
tell you exactly what to do.
