I Added my friends card for payment, becuase i am having trouble fixing my own acct of Pandemics. 

First thing i was charged twice 1$ for adding my friends card. 

Second thing i wanted to upgrade to Freelancer Plus membership. But every time i did that my card was rejected. 

Will i get my money refund? i was charged for no reason? and how can i get my Freelancer Plus membership.

I already have reserched on some articles..

- I did added payments 

proof i was deducted twice 1 $.
