Hello, I have a question, I want to withdraw money to my Payoneer account at the moment when my card is on the verge limit of receiving money, can I add the card to someone from my relatives, for example, my mother?

I don´t think it´s possible. In any case, highly don´t recommend. It will create huge mess. Better is always being straightforward and use your own data. Open PayPal account. I guess it fully working in Ukraine.

Please note that you have to use your own registered and verified Payoneer account as a withdrawal method to your Upwork account.
