Paypal limited and account suspension

Hello.

 

I am new to upwork.

I created upwork account last week and I am asked to add billing method to buy new connects.

So I created new paypal account and added it to billing method.

Today, paypal want me to verify my identification and my account is limited.

At the same time, my upwork account was suspended. So I removed paypal account from billing method.

I need your help.

I really really want to work on upwork.

Hi Bojan,

 

I am currently experiencing the same issue due to my PayPal account being limited until I verified my documents. It is all verified now and up and running, but my UpWork account is still suspended and I can't pay my freelancer. What do I do?

 

P.s. I cannot contact you on that ticket system because that link leads me to a dead end. There is no form showing.
