Pending earnings

Hello,

I successfully completed the first milestone for my second job on upwork. the client released the amount but it doesn't appear in my earnings. yet; it's shown as pending (grey) in the payment history

When the client released the amount in my first job it appeared in my earnings (green) and it was transferred 2 days after I clicked on the "get paid button"

Can you help?

Hi Ayman,

When a client releases a milestone payment, it goes through a 5-day security period, and will show under the Pending tab of your Overview page (Reports > Overview). During the 5-day security period, it gives the system time to process and clear the payments. Please read this article for more information about Fixed-Price Protection.
