Does pending payments mean that the funds were released by the client(Even though we had a dispute)?

 Your dispute is hourly, so clients do not "release" funds.  Once the dispute is decided (and it will go against you because of the manual time) the non-qualifying hours will be taken out of your account.

 It is really bad business practice to start arguing with a client in your feedback, it does not look good for other potential clients. If I were you, I would either delete your response to the client's feedback (if that's even possible) or just refund the total amount so that the feedback disappears from your profile. The feedback is not the place for personal grievances. 

As it looks now, you will find it hard to get new jobs.
