Permanent account deactivation

Hello everyone, recently I had another verified account, which is barely new but I had 4 jobs done, 250usd offer and all verified (ID, video, etc), but then the Upwork security team tell me that my account was having irregular issues, like I'm using VPNs or something. I reply to them telling that only me is using this account but I logged in different devices (my laptop, my mobile phone and once from my desktop computer).

Surprisingly in a short time they tell me that my account was permanently deactivated... I don't know what happened really but I don't have any explanation from their part. It's so unfair and disappointing to me.

So I wanted to make this new topic to see if you can help me with this, I can give the required information from my other account like the email and some details to the support to know if they can do anything to fix this bad situation.

I hope I haven't bored you all with this, thank you in advance.
