How do I verify my telephone number when my telephone doesn't receive texts?  There seems to be a huge number of people with the same problem.  Why hasn't this problem been solved?  By the way,

tele means long distance,

phone means sound,

tele + phone means long distance sound.

You've received two replies from mods in two different threads about this. If you're not getting notifications you may want to check your account settings.

Thank you for your interest!  I received two e-mails.  The first said someone would contact me, and the second was your message.  My phone number is still not verified, and my phone still can't receive texts.
