Phone formatting doesnt work for payment through Local Bank

I am trying to set up my payment to go to my Local Bank and I can fill in all the information except the formatting of my phone number. I have tried several ways but it won't accept it. Its a UK bank and I have put (+44) and number with and without first 0 but nothing works! Please help.

Hi Diane,

Please try adding the phone number in this format "(country code) phone number" without the plus (+) sign for the country area, make sure to wrap the country code in brackets and add a space between the country code and the phone number.
