Photo Not Uploading

My photo will not upload, it says that my fast is unrecognizable and that I need to use a photo where I am looking at the camera. This is a professional photo that I had taken of myself and it works fine anywhere else. Can someone pleases assist me, you can reach me directly at

Hi Will,

Please try to resize the image to 250x250dpi and crop it to include only your head and shoulders. If it meets those requirements and you still can't upload it then please try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser to check if the problem persists.
