Photo Upload Issues

Hi,I'm trying to join your community as it looks like a great tool. But I'm having an issue:

Your photo upload system is horrible. I upload a professional headshot and it either can't find my face, or tells me to move the crop to my face but it's frozen so I can't move it. Please advise. This has happened twice on two different computers.

Hi PJ,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Could you please try cropping your photo from the top of your head, up to your shoulder to see if the system will accept your photo? Please also try uploading a photo where you are facing the camera to see if the issue persists.
