Plan Upgrade

Hello All, 

I just created my profile this month on Upwork and I wish to upgrade my Basic Plan to Plus Plan for which I tried making payment through my PayPal Account, Visa and Mastercard debit cards but my payment is never being processed and I always get a notification to try an alternative payment method . 

I believe I have already tried all methods which are acceptable on Upwork, please let me know whats the issue and how to get it solved 😞
