Please help me. Cannot login to upwork.

I come here to report this. 

I registered upwork account a few days ago.

I finished the first project, passed identity verification and added billing methods.

All was successfully done, but after one day, it's suddenly can't login.

It said "That Google account is not recognized on Upwork.".

I already sent reply to upwork but they didn't respond.

Please help me.
