Please help me to cancel manual time

My web developer added 4 hours manually. After that we diecided to stop working together (we even open a disput (#10042404) and he wrote in a comment that he want to stop working without any payment). Upwork try to get menot for 4 manually added by developer hours. How can i cancel upwork charge request?
