It would be nice to add attachments after a proposal has been submitted.  And to be able to contact a potential client for clarification or questions.

Hi Sean,

Once the client accepts your proposal and invites you to interview, a message room will be created and you can send attachments. If the client hasn't accepted your proposal yet, you won't be able to send another message to them but you can withdraw your proposal and send a new one.

It's a bad idea for lots of obvious reasons, and will never be put in place.
