Posting a Job on Upwork

Hi Upwork Team,

I am a company who is in dire need for either a full time or a freelancer to help us on a Prestashop full stack development e-commerce site. 

I think I'm a pretty good self-resourceful person when it comes to finding things, but this site has me confused.

Questions:

1. Where can I specifically post a job? I seem to be logged in to a location where I am not a company but rather a "freelancer". Am I in the wrong login screen?

2. I notice that I can filter for freelancers that my criteria. How do I message/contact them to work on my project?

I checked your account, and it looks like you have already created a client account and have successfully posted your job. I can also see that you have already invited two freelancers for your project. You might want to read this help article for more information on getting started as a client on Upwork.
