Problem registering with Upwork

Hi, I am trying to setup an account and start as freelancer. I have an US PayPal and address but am physically living in Dutch St.Maarten.When adding my address I cannot select a town in St.Maarten.What do I have to do?

Please note that your country should reflect the one you're physically located in and be able to verify it.

Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re able to complete your location information?

I tried in Chrome and Edge. Deleted the cookies and cache.
In both situation no city is showing for country: Sint Maarten (Dutch part)
Sint Maarten is an Island and only has 1 city: Philipsburg
Just to confirm I am physical in this location.
What to do?
