Problem with skill test (English spelling)

I was browsing different tests and clicked on English spelling enter test and was taken to another page describing things about the test and there was a button at the bottom to start a test. However, as I was not prepared to take the test at that moment I went back, so never clicked begin the test, and now when I try to take that same test it tells me that I can take it only after 3 months! 

So it seems that there is error because I never started the test and now I'm denied to take it :(. Can support restart that test for me, because I couldn't find a way to contact the support directly.
