Hello all,
I don't know how to use this platform very well and it seems that I messed up a bit. I delivered a job to a client through the chat and now he doesn't reply anymore. The last thing he said was that he didn't receive any payment request. Is it still possible to get my payment?

Hi Icaro,
I checked but don't see any active contracts on your account. Please know that in order for your client to be able to pay you, there needs to be a contract in place. We recommend you don't start work on a project until there is an active contract, you can check this by going to My Jobs.
