Hi,

Where do I submit my Upwork profile? I am 100% complete with my profile and yet I couldn't submit proposals. I already put my address and tax info. Hope you can help me with my concern. Thank you!

I wanted to check if you already have chosen a Membership Plan? If not, please go to your Settings page, and click on Membership & Connects, to choose a plan that fits your freelancing needs.
