It has been 48 hours since I submitted my profile it for approval...

This is the message I have on my profile "The information you include in your profile will largely determine whether you are approved to join our marketplace. If approved, this will become your public profile that you’ll use to market your freelance business to clients (you can edit this info once you’re approved)."

Can somebody tell me what's going on...

I checked and it doesn't look like you have already filled in the details of your profile. Please finish filling in your profile so that it can be reviewed and, hopefully, approved.
