Profile Approval

Hi,

I just created a profile and after 24 hours review, it says

"You will not be able to submit proposals until these issues are fixed. Check these support messages for more details."

When i click on Support Messages, It takes me to a page where I do not see any messages.

I was wondering if you could guide me on what issues i need to fixed to get my profile approved.
