Profile Keeps Getting Rejected, can't figure out why

I signed up to Upwork a few days ago and have completed my profile, including job experience, skills a couple of portfolios showcasing work, hourly rate etc etc but it keep getting rejected when I submit for approval and can't figure out why. Any thoughts?
