Profile Rejected - No Message in Inbox

Hi everyone,


I've recently attempted to open a profile on Upwork but it looks like my profile isn't just ready yet as I received a notifciation on the website saying I've been rejected and to look through my messages via a link. Unfortunately, that link leads me to a requests page which is completly empty. I'm very keen on joining the community and any tips on how I can find out what I'm missing would be truly appreciated!
