Hi Bimal,

Here are some very quick Tips for you:

1) Check your profile overview section. It can be presented better. 

2) You are an engineer man! Why your hourly rate is $5, Are you kidding?

3) Add some portfolio items, This will help a lot.

4) Add some certification, if any.

5) Add some other experiences (if any)

6) Give some relevant tests. Again this will go to help a lot.

7) Connect your profile to social media. Try to use professional media like Linkedin, GitHub or Dribble.
