Profile Revision! How to get Hired.

Hi I am Shafiqur, I am member in oDesk since 2011. In 2011 I got a job related to data entry. after that did not work for long time. I was doing job as a software engineer in local market. Now I am senior software engineer and Team Lead. Recently I am submitting proposal but not getting job. I am highly skillful and professional in .net technology. How to get job in development field? Is there any deficiency in my profile? 

In my profile there is data entry job in 2011, Now a days I am applying for the software development task, Is it a problem for my profile?

Please advice.
