My husband has submitted his profile over and over again for months, and it has not been approved, even after following the recommended topics on the forum. We tried contacting an agent and it created a ticket, which sent him back to the community forums. It's just a never-ending cycle, is there a phone number or any way to contact customer service and get a real answer?
He is even working for a client via the Bring your own freelancer program so is not a fake account or any other shady activities.

Generally, only a small percentage of freelancers have their registration accepted upon resubmission. We accept new freelancers based on the demand in the marketplace, which varies over months (not days). Having a complete profile helps us determine if there is a sufficient demand for your skills and experience, but does not guarantee admittance.
