Profile Under Review

Hello, My colleague's profile is still pending. I need to add her to my Agency.  What can she do to accept via Upwork?

Can't wait. This has been registered last year but still, it says under review everytime resubmitting the profile.

 Maybe Upwork just doesn't want that particular freelancer? If she's been trying since last year and keeps being rejected, maybe this is a good time to call it a day and go elsewhere?

Are there any good customer service here from Upwork who can help me to check my colleague's profile. I don't find a good solution when someone just told you " If she's been trying since last year and keeps being rejected, maybe this is a good time to call it a day and go elsewhere?" 😞
