Profile application

I am trying to fill out the application and it won't let  me advance on the jobs page ( I only have 3 jobs), it gives an error message "Save and return", and the identity page, it gives an error message ("this section required") after I type in the city ( the "United States" and the "next" button remain grayed out). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
